Hotel Experience|Top Choice Tokyu Excel Hotel for Staying at Osaka Expo

📍Address: 4-1-15 Kyutaromachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka 541-0056 (Exit 13, Honmachi Station, Chuo Line)
This time, we chose this hotel for the 2025 Osaka Expo, personally recommended by friends involved in the Expo project. The highlight is its location right at the Honmachi subway station exit, with popular attractions like Shinsaibashi and Namba within a 10-minute walking distance.

⭐️ Hotel Design:
The hotel entrance is on the main street but quite low-key. You pass through a slightly serene corridor to reach the elevator hall. The lobby is on the 16th floor, accessible by elevator. Upon entering the lobby, you are greeted by kaleidoscope elements representing traditional Japanese craftsmanship. The overall high-floor floor-to-ceiling glass offers beautiful street views. The lobby furniture is diverse yet harmoniously toned, with marble elements paired with warm yellow lighting, creating a cozy, home-like harbor.

⭐️ Hotel Facilities:
We booked a 23-square-meter deluxe queen room, which is much larger than similarly priced Japanese hotels. Two 30-inch large suitcases can be fully opened without any problem.
The bathroom has excellent wet and dry separation; the shower, washbasin, and toilet are all separate, making efficient use of space. The toiletries are from the niche Japanese brand POLA, including makeup remover oil, facial cleanser, toner, and moisturizer, all with a light floral scent, adding a great sense of detail! The lemon-yellow wall features a textured map of central Osaka, which is very eye-catching.
The hotel gym is open 24 hours! The equipment is very new, with treadmills and strength machines all available. You can exercise while enjoying the street view outside the window, making workouts far from boring~
For dining options, there is a Starbucks and a popular dessert shop right downstairs. After shopping, you can rest your feet here. On the second floor is the famous Michelin-starred restaurant Chikuyotei, bringing a sense of happiness overload~☕

⭐️ Hotel Service:
The hotel front desk has staff who speak Chinese, and at check-out, they bow 90 degrees and see you off at the elevator.
A nice detail in the guest rooms is the magnet stickers you can place on the door to request cleaning or towel changes. Coming back to a refreshed room feels very reassuring.

Overall, this stay was quite satisfying and left a deep impression during our brief two-day Osaka trip. The design, facilities, and service were impeccable, and the cost-performance ratio at about 1000 RMB per night is excellent. Highly recommend staying here for the Expo.
