The white fish and summer vegetable jelly has a refreshing taste and a strong seasonal flavor. The whelk and swordfish with wasabi dressing add a refreshing spiciness.

The blackthroat seaperch salted popcorn is fragrant, and the deep-fried red sea bream kadaif has a delightfully crisp texture. The conger eel somen noodles offer a delicate umami flavor, and the chawanmushi is gently enveloped in the aroma of dashi.

The golden-eyed snapper foam sushi offers a new sensation, with bubbles popping in your mouth. The horse mackerel namero sushi has a fragrant condiment, and the abalone roll has an exquisite texture and sweetness. The menu continues with seasonal nigiri sushi, including spring snapper, pickled red sea bream, scorpionfish, and shinko, and the small abalone bowl features an impressive richness of liver.
The trout and honey cream cheese has an excellent balance of sweet and salty, while the seared fatty tuna, sea urchin hand roll, and tuna olive and sea urchin caviar sushi are the height of luxury. The conger eel is plump and the omelet is garnished with honey foam, providing a lingering deliciousness.

The red miso soup is fragrant, gently finishing off the sushi aftertaste. The peach and melon dessert is juicy, and its refreshing sweetness fills your mouth.
