4 Kengo Kuma Designed Pavilions✨

Four pavilions designed by Kengo Kuma at the Osaka Expo! ⁡

・Qatar🇶🇦
The design is inspired by the sails of a dhow boat.
The interior of the pavilion also had a nautical theme, and the curtains were adorable. 🐟

・Portugal🇵🇹
The design uses ropes from sailing ships from the Age of Discovery.
A country with strong ties to Japan, where Portuguese people were washed ashore on Tanegashima and introduced firearms.
You can learn Japanese words of Portuguese origin.

・EARTH MART
The thatched roof design uses thatch collected from all over Japan.
The Expo's theme, "Weaving Life," was produced by Kundo Koyama.
You can receive a voucher for pickled plums to be redeemed 25 years later.

・Malaysia🇲🇾
The pavilion is made up of nearly 5,000 bamboo stalks woven into a three-dimensional structure.
The delicious aromas made it feel like a Malaysian food stall. 😋

EARTH I recommend it because it's relatively easy to get in without a reservation, except for MART. 🤗
