Walking around Nakanoshima, Osaka

Next to Osaka's commercial hub, Yodoyabashi, lies the approximately 1.5-kilometer-long Osaka Nakanoshima Park, a popular spot for both local office workers and tourists to relax and unwind. It features attractions such as the Osaka City Hall and the Central Public Hall.

In the heart of Osaka Nakanoshima lies a black art museum, with some of the large exhibits outside offering great photo opportunities.

The Osaka City Central Public Hall, with its beautiful interweaving of red brick tiles and bronze roof, always draws passersby and piques the curiosity of tourists.

The Osaka Prefectural Nakanoshima Library, with its plain stone exterior creating a solemn and dignified atmosphere, exudes a sense of antiquity and history. The upper floor opens onto the central hall, with its stained-glass ceiling.

Nakanoshima Park, Osaka's first park, is also the city's oldest, boasting a century-old history. Along the riverbank, you can admire historical buildings such as the Central Public Hall and the Nakanoshima Library.
