Osaka hotels hide exquisite cultural corners

The most exciting part of this Osaka trip is staying at the Glasmere Hotel Monterey Osaka. Because I like the vitality and convenience of the city center, but do not want to stay too noisy, this hotel really solves all perfectly: it is located above JR Namba Station, not afraid to drag luggage around, back to the hotel rest great. The interior design of the hotel is also unique, resembling the gothic high-rise spire of a European church, glass windows with green plants, the whole person immediately calm down, save enough energy to prepare for the next morning!

The location and transportation are really unbeatable, right out the door is the JR and subway stations, and downstairs there is a bus directly to Kansai Airport. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to Osaka must-visit shopping districts such as Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and Takashimaya, perfect for shopping or food hunters. In addition to large supermarkets and convenience stores, there are also many local restaurants and small shops nearby, some of which are open until 11 or 12 pm.

The hotel rooms, mostly located on high floors, are healing to open the windows at night and see the night of Osaka city. The bedding is comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the air purifier, refrigerator, slippers D details are complete, and the room type is large and small, to a few more people or a family is enough. The breakfast buffet is high quality, Japanese and Western, especially recommended to sit next to the large glass window, have breakfast looking at the street view, very holiday feeling.

In terms of service, the front desk has multilingual service, speaking Chinese is no problem, booking the restaurant to help are very hard, luggage storage is also very convenient, after check out can be put down, free to walk without asking for anyone. However, some customers reported that some facilities are relatively old, some equipment is not new enough, and hygiene and service sometimes vary. If there are high requirements, we recommend keeping an eye on the latest reviews before checking in.

My own biggest feeling is that although the hotel is close to the bustling city, accessible, but once back to the hotel is particularly quiet, and there are European church photo spots, every day after walking the street back will want to stay in the room to rest for a while, really the first choice of quiet!

Booking tips: It is recommended to book online in advance, you can choose high floor room type, have a better view; if you have requirements for facilities, read the latest reviews before booking. If you want to feel Osaka in depth on the itinerary, you can arrange a stay in the city for two to three days, using it as a central place to slowly explore, there are many exhibition halls and monuments nearby, not necessarily just shopping and food.
