The oldest shrine

Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine

This is a shrine located in Osaka Prefecture and is the oldest shrine in Japan. The highlight here is the red arched bridge reflected on the water surface, which has been selected as one of the 100 most beautiful views in the Kansai region.

In addition, visitors can also pay their respects to the shrine by purchasing a wooden plaque to pray to the gods and washing their faces with natural spring water from the temple's pond.
