Oslo: Frogner Park and Vigelandsparken Sculpture Park

Frogner Park in Oslo is best known for Vigelandsparken, the sculpture park filled with Gustav Vigeland’s works. Walking through, you see hundreds of statues showing people in different poses and emotions—it’s both artistic and very human. The Monolith in the center is especially striking, but I also liked the smaller pieces scattered along the paths. The park itself is wide and green, so it’s a nice mix of art and open space where people jog, picnic, or just stroll around. I went in the afternoon and stayed until evening, and the atmosphere felt relaxed the whole time. A must-see spot in Oslo. #northerneurope
