Introducing Qiling Tower

Qiling Pagoda is located in the Daming Temple scenic area in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Although the pagoda was rebuilt in modern times, its reputation has lasted for a long time because famous ancient literati such as Li Bai and Bai Juyi left quatrains here.

The newly built pagoda retains its ancient style, towering majestically into the clouds. Within the pagoda are three treasures: six relics of Sakyamuni Buddha; a prayer pagoda made of golden nanmu wood inlaid with Kunlun jade; and a jade Buddha head from the Western Jin Dynasty buried deep beneath the pagoda.
