The east side is Mukaiyama Tunnel, and the west side is Kyoei Tunnel.

If you enter the tunnel from Chiba Prefectural Route 81 and go down, you can see the mysterious two-tiered tunnel.

The highlight is that you can take photos where the tunnel looks green due to the fluorescent lights.
