💵 Currency
The currency of Bohol Island is the Philippine Peso. You can exchange RMB for Pesos directly at Manila Airport, or use a VISA or MasterCard to withdraw cash from ATMs on Bohol Island. There is no fee for withdrawals up to 20,000 Pesos per day.

✈️ Transportation
① Fly from domestic locations to Manila, then transfer at T3 to Panglao. A 10-minute taxi ride will get you there. This is the most convenient method, and it's recommended to allow more than 3 hours for the transfer.
② Fly directly from domestic locations to Cebu, then take a taxi from Cebu Airport to the pier, followed by a one-hour boat ride to Tagbilaran Pier, and then a one-hour taxi ride to Alona Beach. This method is more cumbersome.
③ There is no public transportation on Bohol Island. Travel mainly relies on tutu cars, motorcycles, or walking. Renting a motorcycle is the most convenient, but be sure to pay attention to safety and wear a helmet.

Tipping is customary on Bohol Island. Whether it's performers or people taking photos for you on the island, tips are generally expected, usually around 20 Pesos.
