Visiting the Louvre Museum’s surroundings felt like wandering through the grandest courtyard in the universe—where every stone had a story to tell. The moment we stepped into the vast square, the famous glass pyramid practically demanded our attention, sparkling like a giant diamond plopped in the middle of centuries-old palaces. I couldn’t help but spin around slowly to take it all in: elegant arches, endless windows, and statues that looked like they’d seen every secret Paris ever had. Honestly, it felt like we’d stumbled onto the set of a historical movie, minus the costumes.
We took our time strolling around the pyramid, trying out every angle for the perfect photo—serious poses, funny poses, and the classic “pretend to pinch the top of the pyramid” shot (which never quite lined up but was hilarious anyway). The fountains shimmered in the sunlight, and the whole scene buzzed with people from all over the world, each just as awestruck as we were. Even without going inside the museum, the Louvre’s grand courtyards and that gleaming glass pyramid were enough to make us feel like Parisian royalty for a day.
