Walking into the grand lobby, I was immediately struck by its upscale, five-star feel. The high ceilings, elegant decor, and welcoming atmosphere set the stage for what I hoped would be a memorable stay.

The room was large and comfortable, with a private balcony that was a nice touch. However, the decor felt a bit outdated, and cleanliness could have been better—nothing major, but small details like dust in corners and worn-out furnishings were noticeable.
One big downside? The lack of proper toiletries. No toothbrush, no toothpaste, and just a single soap dispenser for both body wash and shampoo. If you're planning a stay, bring your own essentials!

One of the biggest drawbacks of this hotel is its remote location. There’s nothing within walking distance—not even a 7-Eleven, which is about 1.5 km away. If you don’t have a car, getting around can be a hassle, especially in Pattaya’s hot weather. The complimentary beach shuttle is helpful, but for convenience, I’d recommend having your own transportation.
