Three Mermaids Seaside View Cafe on Pratumnak Hill, Pattaya

To get there, drive up to Pratumnak Hill. The cafe is located in the same area as Sky Gallery and Chocolate Factory. The road leading to the cafe can be quite congested, but there is ample parking available for customers.
