🏡 P22 Villa Pattaya is a modern private pool villa located near Jomtien Beach, Pattaya. It is in a quiet location but not far from restaurants, cafes and popular tourist attractions. It is suitable for groups of friends, families or party lovers who are looking for a private accommodation with a swimming pool and spacious living space.

🛏️ The villa is simply decorated in warm tones. There are 4 bedrooms in total. 1 downstairs has an en suite bathroom and 3 upstairs, one large room with an en suite bathroom and 2 rooms with shared bathrooms. The beds in all 4 rooms are king-sized, comfortable to sleep in. When your head hits the pillow, you'll fall asleep.

💫 In terms of facilities, I have to say that they are fully equipped. The living room is spacious, with high ceilings and is not cramped. There is both a pool table and a dining table (or you can use it as a board game table). / The kitchen area is an open kitchen with complete equipment, including a microwave, refrigerator, plates, bowls, forks and spoons, and even a barbecue stove in the area next door (free snacks and 1 pack of drinks). / The swimming pool is also fully equipped with rubber duck rings and rubber balls to play with. / Free Wi-Fi throughout the area.

🚨I personally like this place. Everything looks new because it has only been open for a short time. The owner of the accommodation is also very friendly and kind. He drove from Bangkok to welcome us in Pattaya and then drove back. That's not all. Washing kitchen equipment and eating utensils, which is one of the pain points for those who want to set up a barbecue and buy food to eat at the accommodation, doesn't require doing it yourself. The staff will come and do it in the morning, which is included in the accommodation fee. I must say it's very worthwhile. It's true to the phrase "making society" 😂
