✨ Warm and homely service. Special thanks to Pla, the Platinum customer service representative, Nam from the Club Lounge, Bow and Oil from the Front Office, George the Bell Boy, and housekeeper Khun Thip, as well as the restaurant staff. Everyone was attentive and polite, making this stay truly special.

🍷 An improved Club Lounge
The Club Lounge has been revamped with comfortable seating. The food and snacks are of high quality, the cakes are perfectly balanced in sweetness, and the drinks are well-prepared. Even for non-alcohol drinkers, the experience is delightful. The service is top-notch.
P.S. If the evening cocktail hours could be adjusted, it would be absolutely perfect.

This visit was initially planned just to use up a night, but it turned out to be an even better experience than expected. Veranda Pattaya will definitely be a regular spot for me, second only to IC Pattaya. ♥️♥️
