Finally, even the Grab driver recommended us to eat duck congee and rice noodle soup. It is a delicacy recommended by many people in Shantou Street. The congee and rice noodle soup is duck meat soup and rice noodles. The ingredients include duck meat, pig intestines, pig ears, pig skin, pig blood, braised eggs and pig skin. However, we dare not eat the offal, so we asked them not to add offal. When we brought it back to the hotel, it was still hot, but we didn’t understand why it was so delicious.
