P.66 Penang – A small cafe with a big mood.

#PenangTravel P.66 Penang – Really beautiful, really good light, quite good desserts, coffee is the strong point ☕🥐

🍽️ Serious taste (Taste Review)
• Coffee (4.5/5) – The barista is skilled, good shot control, not over-extracted, clear aroma, each bean will give a different feel, order iced white to get fragrant milk coffee, no syrup, not too greasy ☕💯
• Croissant (3.8/5) – Freshly baked, fragrant butter, but not to the point of “wow”. If anyone has eaten at a top Malaysian or Thai shop, they might think it’s ordinary.
• Other desserts (3.5/5) – Medium taste, not too sweet, suitable for those who like light desserts, can be eaten with coffee easily. Not outstanding but not bad 🍰

🪑 Convenience of seating (Space & Seat Logic)
• Single/Two people = Very suitable, can sit for a long time if not crowded
• Group of 3 or more people = Starting to get difficult, the table will be small, must share
• Working/studying online = Can sit quietly, but may have to reserve a good table, no plugs everywhere 🧑💻🔋

📸 Photographers, listen up (Photo & Lighting)
• Flat lay photo corner for dessert/coffee = Very beautiful, natural light from the side
• Portrait photo corner = Recommended in front of the shop or a table near the window
• The feel of the picture will be more clean & cozy than Korean or vintage ✨📷

📈 What time should I come? (Best Visit Time)
• Before 11:00 am = Not many people, good light, good for taking pictures
• 1:00–3:00 pm = Starting to get crowded, risk of full tables
• The shop opens around 9:00–5:00 pm (check again in Maps)

🤑 Price vs. quality (Value Match)
• Compared to other shops in Penang, the coffee is considered “quality beyond the price”.
• The quality of the pastries is reasonable, not cheap but not too much.
• If you order a coffee + pastry set, it is around 22–30 ringgit (~180–250 baht). Is it worth it? If you are into the atmosphere = definitely worth it.

👥 Reviews from other travelers (Overall Impression)
• Lots of praise: Good atmosphere, delicious coffee, friendly baristas
• Some criticisms: Few seats, slow brewing when busy, few menus
✅ Overall, it is “a shop that is not only good looking”, but you have to come before it gets crowded!

⭐ This round's score (Realistic Score)
8.9/10 – Not a perfect cafe in every way, but if you are a coffee lover, an aesthetic lover, or someone who likes a quiet, short, simple but really good cafe = this place is the answer ✅
