A breathtaking dreamlike town with healing architecture

Just finished walking on the cobblestone streets of Perast, and I'm still savoring it wildly—this is not just a town, it's a Baroque fairy tale brought to life by the Adriatic Sea!

Creamy white buildings line the bay, domed churches and carved balconies all edged with the golden glow of the sunset. When the wind blows, bougainvillea on the windowsills droops onto the street, even the shadows carry a gentle vibe~ I was supposed to be on a tight schedule, but ended up wandering here all afternoon, wanting to stop and sigh every few steps: it turns out healing doesn’t need to be sought deliberately; just watching the sunlight slowly move across the Baroque facades, anxiety is blown away by the sea breeze!

On the way, I visited Our Lady of the Rocks Island and realized how insanely blue the Bay of Kotor is! Standing on the island looking back, the roofs of Perast blend with the sea, like the softest blues and whites from a painter’s palette splashed here. Every photo is wallpaper-worthy without editing, and even the wind carries the sweet scent of sea salt 🌅

1. Go to the town’s walkway around 5 PM; the sunset dyes the buildings honey-colored, and every angle is perfect for photos.
2. Wear light-colored dresses! They match perfectly with the creamy white buildings and blue sea, maximizing your photo success.
