The 7 Lagoons Hike in Peru 🇵🇪

The Seven Lagoons trek in Peru is a challenging yet extremely REWARDING experience. It is located a few hours away from the city of Cusco.

The hike takes you through beautiful landscapes including snow-capped mountains, turquoise lagoons, and lush valleys. The views… just jaw dropping. It is also much less crowded than other mountain attractions such as Rainbow Mountain and Machu Picchu.

Not only is that the breathtaking views of the seven lagoons from the top of the mountain is out of this world, but you also get the chance to see the local wildlife such as vicunas, llamas, and eagles. I spotted a few llamas in the Andes and they are amazing. Definitely cannot wait to go back to this amazing place ❤️ #lagoon #hike #peru
