Best squid ink pasta I’ve tried anywhere

This place underwent a rebranding when MCO was about be lifted, and I learnt about this place when they advertised about their squid ink pasta. That instantly drew my interest.

And it did not disappoint. Usually squid ink was rather tasteless, but this place enhances it with a good deal with seafood umami and a dash of balsamic vinaigrette. But honestly, it can hardly look good on photo taken by phone because it’s too dark.

Waiter/waitresses have superb service. They quite quickly recognized me upon my 3rd visit. And often gave valuable recommendation.
