Haixi Park, located in the new urban area of ​​Guannan County, is a waterfront park built on the site of a former county fishery. The park covers 154.8 mu (approximately 1.5 acres), with the ecological park situated on the east side and residential areas to the west.

The park's planning and construction draws on the long-standing culture of the ancient Haixi Kingdom in our county, highlighting the harmonious unity of man and nature, history and reality. Daily, it welcomes nearly 10,000 residents and tourists. The park, open to the public free of charge, provides a great place for leisure and entertainment for the city's residents.

Surrounding the lake, which is shaped like a map of China, are attractions such as an island, a building, a sculpture, two bridges, three pavilions, and two squares. Over 2,000 high-quality trees, including large ginkgo and camphor trees, have been planted throughout the park. The park has been rated a National AA-level scenic spot and is a popular destination for leisure and entertainment.
