On this trip, we took ourselves to let our hearts be with nature, riding a special train that only runs a few times a year. 🚂
This route has a cool name: "Floating Train" because it will take us through the middle of the Pasak Jolasid Dam in Lopburi Province, so close to the water that it looks like the train is floating in the middle of the lake!

💙 Along the way, you will see a view of the vast dam as far as the eye can see. The cool wind blows all the way. At some points, the water floods the edges of the railway until you can barely see the tracks. It's a very unusual and romantic sight.

The view along the way is very beautiful, with mountains, water, and sky.

The train will stop to let you enjoy the view at the rest stop in the middle of the dam. You can walk around and take pictures as much as you want.

Route: Bangkok – Pasak Cholasit Dam

Only available on Saturdays and Sundays during special seasons (usually from November to February)

There is a floating train package from the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) priced at around 300–1,500 baht, depending on the type of carriage

It takes around 3–4 hours per trip

You can buy tickets in advance at D-Ticket or major train stations

Stand by the window when the train crosses the dam to get a shot of the sky, water, and endless train tracks

During the evening or morning light, the light is soft and taking pictures of people with the view is incredibly mellow

If you have a drone, bring it with you. The resting point in the middle of the dam is a magnificent location
