"Phitsanulok City Pillar Shrine," a sacred object of Songkhwae City, is located in the heart of the city. It houses a sacred object that holds the spiritual support of the people of Songkhwae. It is enshrined on the Nan River in Mueang District, Phitsanulok Province, on the west bank of the city. Built on April 8, 1997, it is the pillar of the Phitsanulok Provincial Court. Made from various auspicious woods, it was donated by Luang Pu Ngoen Sorayo. This pillar was carved in the style of the Fine Arts Department. It stands 3.29 meters tall and is lacquered and gilded to prevent cracking. The pillar was consecrated at Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha).
