Beach vibes in the city, Phnom Penh’s Best rooftop pool 🏊 🏖️

I was pleasantly surprised by Phnom Penh and it was such a different vibe to Bangkok, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh- the biggest surprise by far was the hotels rooftop pool.

The Aquarius is a stunning hotel in itself with really comfortable rooms and a great location, but it’s when you get to the roof that the hotel really shines.

The roof has the hotels restaurant and an incredible L shaped infinity pool that gives you stunning views of the surrounding city. The pool opens 6AM -10PM and it’s perfect for a morning dip!

There’s plenty of seating, sun beds and umbrellas - it really does have a beach feel. Only the sounds of the city around you remind you of where you are!

I found the hotel really reasonable and that was even before I saw the pool! It’s a good location too close to the independence monument, royal palace and museum of Cambodia.

It’s worth checking out if you’re staying in Phnom Pehn!
