Charming French Ambience in the Heart of Phnom Penh
During my visit to Phnom Penh, I made a stop at the Elysee and was pleasantly surprised by its quaint charm and European feel. The architecture instantly transports you to a little corner of Paris, with its pastel tones, chic facades, and inviting atmosphere. It’s a great spot to stroll around, take photos, and enjoy the slower pace amidst the city’s buzz.
While in the area, I also dropped by Cafe De Paris, which perfectly complemented the French-inspired surroundings. I tried their desserts — beautifully presented and deliciously indulgent. The pastries were fresh, with just the right balance of sweetness, and paired perfectly with a good cup of coffee.
Overall, the Elysee area is a delightful escape in Phnom Penh, and visiting Cafe De Paris made the experience even sweeter. Definitely worth adding to your itinerary if you love charming architecture and French-inspired treats.
