Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a tragic prison camp steeped in Cambodia's painful history

Address:
រាជធានី, សង្កាត់បឹងកេងកង៣ ខណ្ឌចំការមន, St 113, Phnom Penh 12304, Cambodia

In the mid-1970s, the Khmer genocide led by Pol Pot occurred during the Khmer regime, killing up to 30% of Cambodia's population.
This museum partially recreates the tragedy at the site.
Perhaps because Korea also has its own painful history, I felt even more empathetic. It was a meaningful experience!
