CabkangHiSo, where I visited because Ayutthaya freshwater shrimp is famous.
I ordered noodles with shrimp, and the shrimp were (a little exaggerated) the size of a lobster, so they were really substantial!
The meat was chewy and plump, so I understood why it was famous.
The price was a bit expensive compared to the price of water, but since the shrimp was whole,
I was convinced right away. In fact, it was less than 10,000 won..!
You can mix the noodles with the sauce on the table,
and the sauce was made from shrimp intestines, so it was very rich and delicious.
There are many restaurants that sell freshwater shrimp other than the ones I visited,
so try them when you go to Ayutthaya!
