Wat Cheng Tha is an ancient temple located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. It is believed to have been built since the Ayutthaya period and was once the center of the community of merchants and foreigners who came to trade in the past. Inside the temple, there is an old chapel, ancient Buddha images, and the remains of an old pagoda that has been restored. Although the temple is not a major tourist attraction in Ayutthaya, it is a peaceful place and suitable for those interested in studying the history and architecture of ancient Thailand.
