A city that's perfect for a day out of Bangkok, Ayutthaya🚂✨
As a UNESCO World Heritage city, every street looks like a historic site,
and just walking between the red brick temples made me feel like I'd time-slipped.
The three magnificent pagodas of Wat Phra Si Sanphet make me exclaim "Wow..." the moment I see them,
and the giant reclining Buddha statue of Wat Lokaya Sutharam makes me feel at ease🙏
The weather is hot, but riding a tuk-tuk to tour the temples is more pleasant and fun than you think.
It's also fun to stop by the local market every now and then to buy **Tang Mo Ban (watermelon juice)** and Roti Sai Mai🍉
Each temple has a different atmosphere, so there's no time to get bored, and the temple scenery in the sunset is truly unforgettable🌇
When I wanted to get away from the busy Bangkok and travel quietly for a day, Ayutthaya was a really good choice.
