Must-visit Sunset Restaurant in Phu Quoc: "On the Rock"

Located near the northern part of Phu Quoc Island, transportation here is mostly via Grab.

Since this restaurant is very popular, it’s recommended to make a reservation on their official website beforehand to avoid disappointment.

Timing is key—arriving too early might be uncomfortable due to the heat, while arriving too late means missing the sunset. Check the sunset time for your visit 📅 and make sure to book an outdoor seat!

Even if you don’t get a first-row seat, the view from the second or third row is still stunning.

Prices here are on the higher side, and the food quality is average:

- Mushroom Tagliatelle (VND380,000): Normal portion size with a fragrant but light sauce. The sautéed mushrooms are tasty, but the flavor is predictable—not extraordinary.

- Margherita Pizza (VND320,000): The cheese stretches nicely! Again, the focus here is on the view 🤣. The taste is good, but the value for money isn’t great compared to other places in Vietnam.

- Molten Chocolate Cake (VND210,000): Surprisingly, the dessert is the highlight! Rich chocolate paired with vanilla ice cream is absolutely delightful 🤤🤤. The cake is perfectly executed—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside ☺️.

Important tip: If you’re afraid of bugs, consider arriving earlier! Once it gets dark, various insects start appearing 🥶. You’ll need to keep an eye on your food to ensure they don’t share your meal!
