Phu Quoc, Vietnam: Not Disneyland!

Vietnam has a tendency to turn tourist attractions into theme parks. Personally, having traveled across the country, every city seems to have one, as if they were built solely to attract tourists. Otherwise, there wouldn't be much to see 😂. This place is decent, but my personal favorite is in Nha Trang because it also has a water park.

This place is okay, though it's smaller, has fewer rides, and feels a bit older compared to Nha Trang, which I visited last year. However, the good thing here is that you can buy a ticket that includes entry to the aquarium, unlike other places where you have to buy separate tickets. It saves money.

You can stroll around leisurely. If it's hot during the day, you can visit the aquarium first and then head to the rides in the evening when it's cooler. We didn't go on many rides since most of them were dizzying, so we took a break 😂. Overall, the ticket price of 1,XXX is worth it.

Lastly, I found out that the inspiration for this place came from Disney's castle, but in their own version. I waited to see the big fireworks show they mentioned, but it turned out to be a letdown 😂. It was just a light and sound show. Overall, it's okay.
