A Dreamlike Holiday Experience

What can I say about this hotel? From the moment of booking until our departure, everything went smoothly with excellent communication throughout! We arrived around dinner time and requested in-room dining (pre-ordered). It was handled seamlessly, and the food arrived promptly after we settled into our room. Breakfast was outstanding; we stayed for 7 days without a single uninspiring meal, and there was a wide selection daily. Their smoothies are fantastic. The facilities themselves are remarkable, and we adored the theme the hotel adopted—like a French colonial university—which differs from our usual choices, but we were thrilled by every corner of the hotel. Simply stunning; it sometimes felt like we weren't even in Vietnam! The room was spacious, and we loved the bathroom with natural light during the day! Another great space was the balcony, perfect for unwinding and meditating in the morning with the sunrise. There are numerous activities within the hotel, including a gorgeous beach that feels almost private with pristine white sand. The water was clean, with plenty of fish. Options like kayaking, SUP, basketball, volleyball, and badminton on the beach are available. There's even a football field, which my son loved, a games room, pool table, bike riding, and themed games within the hotel! The location itself is rather secluded; beyond the hotel, there's a street with a few eateries and shops—but not much else around. However, they provide a free shuttle bus to Sunset Town, conveniently just a 5-minute ride on the double-decker. Everyone was friendly and eager to exceed expectations. I want to congratulate JW on having an incredible team. Customer service is what truly makes this place 5 stars! Special thanks to guest relations team members Sang and Ellie. Sang was always available, and as we checked out, she crafted a little handmade gift that made our trip even more unforgettable.
