Unexpectedly, it's different from the fish cages we used to know. It's the only cafe in the middle of the sea in Phuket. You can't find this kind of atmosphere easily. Most importantly, it's a place for learning and conservation tourism. It's also a center for disseminating knowledge about mixed aquaculture in cages by the Koh Maphrao Mangrove Fisheries Community Enterprise in the middle of the sea.

We will get to experience real aquaculture in cages. We will see #giant lobsters + #blue crab banks + #pull mussels from cages + #raise sea grapes and cook them for us to eat in the cages. - #raise various types of nemo fish and #feed a giant sea bass weighing up to 43 kg.

This is also the largest Black Salmon farm in Phuket and the first in Thailand. Black Salmon is a developed species of fish with high nutritional value. The color and taste are different. The fish meat is white, not orange like the salmon we're familiar with.

This time, Superstar paddled a kayak, paddling around the cages, into the mangrove forest. The abundance is just nearby. You can really experience nature up close. While kayaking, we will see white buoys that are crab-fish traps. We can pull them up to see what is stuck in there. It's exciting. 📍
