We visited the restaurant at this hotel, which opened in May of this year!

The restaurant is located on the 19th floor.
We reserved a four-course meal:
- Prosciutto Croquettes with Pan con Tomate
- Ajo Blanco with Smoked Bonito, Grapes, Yuzu Pepper, and Roasted Vegetables
- Grilled Chicken with Alioli and Roasted Vegetables
- INAKI Cheesecake
- Coffee or Tea

I thought four dishes might seem like a small portion, but it was just the right amount!
I enjoyed the cold soup and the unexpected combination of smoked bonito and grapes.

After enjoying lunch at INAKI, we toured the hotel and decided to have tea at P72 since we were there!

I wasn't particularly hungry, but the cakes in the display case looked delicious, so I ended up ordering a cake set. ☺️
There was a wide variety of cakes, so it was fun to choose.

The greenery inside the store continued into the greenery on the terrace,
and the space surrounded by nature was impressive.

Next time I go, I'd like to stay overnight!!!
