Believe it or not, the vegetarian food here is sooo delicious. Normally, when eating vegetarian food, you will find some delicious restaurants, but I have never found any restaurant where every menu is as delicious as this one. 🤤 Brother Jeans loves it. If vegetarian food is this delicious, you can eat it every meal. 😍

In addition, during the vegetarian festival every year, the restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian menus. This year, the restaurant is open for service in 2 separate locations. The first location is Merlin Kitchen, located on the 1st floor of the Phuket Merlin Hotel, which sells rice dishes such as vegetarian Hong pork, pickled vegetables, vegetarian spicy salad, mixed vegetable curry, vegetarian shrimp paste chili dip, vegetarian fried mixed vegetables, stewed vegetables, bitter melon curry, and many more vegetarian menus.

The other location is Merlin Garden by Merlin Kitchen, located in a commercial building on the corner of the entrance to the Phuket Merlin Hotel, which serves single-dish meals such as Pad Thai, Hokkien noodles, vegetarian stir-fried rice noodles, vegetarian fermented pork with Chinese sausage, vegetarian shrimp paste fried rice, vegetarian basil rice, etc.
