Backpacking through Old Phuket

Exploring the traditional town of old Phuket is a popular must-do activity, especially for solo backpacking travellers! There is a lot of walking to do as the streets here are often jammed with traffic so the best way to explore this area is on foot.

Check out the famous heritage buildings that have been conserved, as well as the bustling markets that are set up almost every night! Don’t forget to pop into the various cafes along the streets for a nice cup of coffee and air-conditioning to cool off!
