• Shrimp noodle soup: Soft and chewy noodles, fragrant shrimp soup made from simmered shrimp heads, shrimp shells, and pork bones, well-rounded flavor, not too salty or sweet, slurping it hot is sooo good.
• Tom Yum dry noodles: Rich and spicy flavor, but not too spicy.
• Minced pork dumplings: Firm and full-flavored.
