Enjoy high-quality dim sum while gazing at the sea view

DHYC Dimsum Restaurant

This is my third time to visit the restaurant on the 1st floor of MONTEREY Place in Tseung Kwan O looking at the sea called "DHYC Dimsum Restaurant".

1. Shrimp Dumplings (4 pieces) $42 (10/10)
This cage of shrimp dumplings has a thin skin and a beautiful filling. Each shrimp dumpling is made with fresh shrimp. It is not the pre-made dishes of most restaurants outside. Each shrimp is peeled and picked by hand.

2. Leek Golden Crab Box $55 (9/10)
The outside is fried crispy and not greasy, the inside is very fragrant leeks, the crab meat is very fresh, if the taste is not so salty it would be better!

3. Cherry Shrimp and Silver Sausage $48 (10/10)
This plate of cherry shrimp and silver carrot sausage is very fragrant with cherry shrimp, the skin of the intestine is thin and smooth, the carrot is a little fried to crispy and delicious, thin and fragrant triple taste!

4. Fresh Bamboo Rolls (3 pieces) $32 (9.5/10)
This fresh bamboo roll has a rich taste, lots of fillings inside, and the bean curd skin is not dry or hard!

5. Vegetable sprout dumplings (3 pieces) $42 (10/10)
The clerk said all the vegetable seedlings inside cost $40/pound, cut out actually very little, fresh vegetable seedlings plus fresh shrimp is simply a perfect match, as is the skin is very thin!

6. Truffle Mushroom Dumplings (3 pieces) $48 (10/10)
This truffle and mushroom dumplings are thin-skinned and filled with lots of fillings. You can eat many kinds of mushrooms, carrot strips and water chestnuts. The taste is very rich. Vegetarians will love it!

7. Chan Pi Pu'er Tea $15/person (10/10)
Pu-erh tea generally has a bitter taste, they added a little sweetness of cinnamon bark here, which makes the pu-erh tea without the bitterness!

Total price for 2 people $327, tea table $15 per person, plus 10% service charge!
