There are quite a few tables in the shop, but there are also a lot of people. Sometimes you have to queue to get a table and wait for the shop to call you. The later it gets, the more people there are. Most of them are teenagers, middle-aged people, and tourists from both locals and abroad. Ko Benz Dry Rice Porridge has been guaranteed by the Michelin Guide for 6 years from 2019-2025. It is a shop that anyone who comes to Phuket must visit. The main menu is dry rice porridge, kuay jap, pork blood soup, pork bone and backbone rice porridge, and the highlight of this place is crispy pork. I ordered dry rice porridge. The taste is delicious and well-rounded. In the bowl, there is minced pork, pork offal, topped with fragrant fried garlic. Served with hot soup. The soup here has a well-rounded taste with a little sourness. It is the shop's own recipe. Another thing is instant noodles, similar to noodles. But it is the shop's own recipe, it smells delicious. Another menu is crispy pork, served with sweet soy sauce, crispy and firm, delicious. After that, there are many other water menus.
The atmosphere in the shop is crowded, especially late at night, there are more queues, but the wait is not long. The food is served quickly. Most people come to eat and then leave, they don't tend to sit around. I recommend going between 11 pm and midnight.
