Phuket Old Town

📍.. Phuket Old Town is a commercial area, a community that was the first to develop on Phuket Island. It is located in Phuket City Municipality. It covers the area of Thalang Road, Deebook Road, Phang Nga Road, Yaowarat Road, Krabi Road and Soi Ramani.

🗒️.. Houses and commercial buildings were built in Sino-European architecture for trade and residential purposes. They were built during the reign of King Rama V, when tin mining flourished in Phuket Island.

📒.. Currently, some buildings have been preserved and renovated into museums. Some have been renovated into accommodations, hostels, restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenir shops.
