Had a delightful lunch with local friends at Kan Eang at Pier in Phuket, a well-known dining spot right by the waterfront, offering stunning sea views and a relaxed tropical vibe — perfect for seafood lovers.
We indulged in a variety of dishes, starting with Raw Oysters Thai Style and Fresh Tuna Sashimi, both incredibly fresh and full of flavour. The Red Curry Mong Fish was aromatic and rich, while the Steamed Cockles were sweet and tender. A highlight for me was the Stir-Fried Petai with Prawns, which packed that signature bold taste.
To complement our meal, we enjoyed their selection of unique drinks and creative cocktails, making the whole experience even more memorable.
