🏨✨Best Western Supalai Resort
📍🌺69/9 Moo 6, Ao Po-Lang Daeng Road, Pa Klok, Phuket, Thailand

This place is truly a paradise for nature lovers. The location is a bit remote, but precisely because of this, it offers you a genuine sense of peace and tranquility far from the city’s hustle and bustle. Although the hotel is situated halfway up the mountain, it only takes about 30 minutes by car from Phuket Airport, which is quite convenient.

Geographically, the hotel is quite secluded, with almost no shopping or entertainment facilities nearby. But if you’re here just to relax, it’s a perfect match! The overall style of the hotel has a kind of old-fashioned elegance. Although some areas are a bit dated, I personally feel it enhances the overall vacation atmosphere. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although their English was just enough to communicate, it made the experience feel even more warm and genuine.

Now, let’s talk about our accommodation experience. The rooms are a bit outdated, but each room faces the sea, which definitely makes up for any small shortcomings! Imagine having a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning, watching the sea and sky blend together—it gives you even more reason to linger in bed than usual. The rooms are well-equipped, and the bed is so comfortable you don’t want to get up. Although some details like the WiFi signal were a bit weak, well, life doesn’t always require full-speed internet.

🏊‍♂️The two pools are very nice, especially the sea-view pool. Swimming while looking at the ocean is particularly relaxing. The pool bar is a bit simple, though, and hopefully, they will offer more fresh drink options in the future.

The time spent here is full of enjoyment, but as many friends have mentioned, this place is relatively off the beaten path. At night, you might need to take a taxi to nearby piers to find other restaurants. The hotel’s buffet breakfast has plenty of options, with fresh fruit and hot dishes being good, but other dining choices require guests to explore on their own. There aren’t many places to explore on foot nearby, but if you have a car or are willing to take a taxi, definitely try some other recommended local restaurants—the delicious food is worth the extra travel.

Nearby, Elephant Hut is a great family-friendly spot, especially for those with children. This area is far from the noise, perfect for enjoying quiet natural scenery with your family. It’s definitely a little hidden gem!
