[Melia Ho Tram] I tried using the sauna at the spa

Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort has a YHI Spa, which not only offers massages but also a sauna.

This sauna can be used for 30 minutes for free by THE LEVEL guests!

So I went.

First of all, a word of warning. There were no skin care products, so I recommend bringing your own from your room.

When I changed in the locker, I was told to wear paper underwear, even though it was a sauna. I wonder if I have to wear them in this spa?

Other than that, shower caps, water, sandals, and towels are provided in the locker.

There is one steam sauna and one dry sauna.

I went during the day, but the dry sauna was not hot at all at 65 degrees Celsius, so no one used it! (lol)

But, to put it in a positive way, it was hot enough to stay in for a lifetime, and I felt like I was slowly sweating.

There was a shower, so I washed off the sweat and went back to my room.
