#holidayitinerary Citywalking around Asti felt like one of those slow and easy afternoons where everything just flows. The town has this charming mix of old buildings, peaceful piazzas, and little side streets that make you want to explore without a map. We strolled past medieval towers, cute churches, and lots of cafes with outdoor seating perfect for people watching. The vibe is super relaxed, and it’s not packed with tourists, which makes it even nicer.
You can definitely feel the wine culture here too, especially if you pop into a wine bar or two for a glass of Asti Spumante. Locals are friendly, and the pace is perfect for wandering without a plan. It’s the kind of place where you grab a gelato, find a bench, and just enjoy the moment. Asti is low key but lovely, and great if you’re into relaxed walks and little surprises around every corner.
