I checked in at the newly opened Pinghu Shanhai Qianqianzhong on a weekday. There were not many people and the experience was pretty good.
It is a theme park with elements and scenery based on mythological stories such as Journey to the West and Classic of Mountains and Seas.
The park is in the shape of a Chinese character “U”, with the outer circle consisting mainly of scenery and various specialty snack shops. There are dozens of amusement facilities in the middle, such as pirate ships, carousels, trampolines, bumper cars, etc., which are mainly suitable for children. Adults may be more interested in via ferrata and high-altitude rafting.
In addition to the rides, there are performances at almost every time period, performed in many places in the park. The cast and crew are very enthusiastic and will interact with the audience. The iron flower and fire pot performances are worth seeing.
