Where to go in Nantong on weekends? Visit the beautiful and uncrowded Black Sand Beach

This hidden gem of a seawall in Nantong is the perfect weekend destination for families!

Drive along the winding seawall with the endless ocean on your left and spinning windmills with vast grasslands on your right (see my previous note for details). Every casual photo looks like a professional shot!

Take your kids here on weekends to watch the tides rise and fall, the sun rise and set, walk on the fine, soft black sand beach, and collect little seashells scattered around...

⚠️【Tips】
✅Check the tide schedule before coming; you can go down the ladder shown in photo 8 during low tide
❌Best to visit on sunny days, avoid rainy days! The black sand sticks to feet and is difficult to clean
✅Bring wet wipes + spare shoes, wear water shoes (there are broken shells on the beach)
🅿️Parking is free!
