The Tangjiahe Red Leaf Viewing Season Begins

The best time to enjoy the colorful forests of Tangjiahe starts from late October and lasts until late November, with autumn colors in the high-altitude areas extending to mid-December. Here, the "three-dimensional" color layers are unique: the foot of the mountain is woven with crimson and brownish red, the mid-mountain displays orange-red and scarlet like brocade, and the mountain top shows "four seasons on one mountain, ten miles of different colors." Hidden within the colorful forests are "living landscapes" where golden snub-nosed monkeys, takins, and giant pandas may appear, showcasing the harmonious beauty between humans and nature. In late November, the first light snow falls, and the collision of snowy mountains and red leaves in the valleys is especially stunning.
