A Happy Coastal City Trip with Affordable Prices

Qingdao, boasting affordable prices, is an excellent choice for a first trip to China. With cheap flight tickets and low costs, I had a truly delightful travel experience.
On the first day, I visited Huashilou, followed by a walk along the beach at the Second Bathing Beach to the Badaguan Scenic Area. After passing the First Bathing Beach, I headed to Xiaoyushan Park. The sight of numerous couples taking wedding photos was quite impressive, which shows how worthwhile these places are to visit.
On the second day, I explored Zhanshan Temple, Zhanqiao Pier, Zhongshan Road, the Catholic Church, and Wanshangcheng. Among these, Zhanshan Temple stood out for its grandeur, leaving a particularly strong impression. Although I don’t practice Buddhism, the serene atmosphere of the temple brought peace to my heart. The other locations also lived up to their fame. At night, I visited Mingyue Mountain Sea Lantern City, which truly gave me the feeling of being in China.
On the third day, I toured the Qingdao Beer Museum and nearby department stores. The student discount on tickets was a pleasant surprise, and the complimentary beer was delicious.
Overall, the tourist attractions were fantastic, but as a coastal city, the seafood was especially delicious and reasonably priced. I definitely want to visit again—no, I absolutely will! I’m constantly persuading my friends to go with me.
I highly recommend others to visit Qingdao at least once without hesitation!
