Lingshan Island: A Short & Sweet Escape 🏝️

Booked my round-trip boat tickets via Trip.com, just showed the code at the ticket booth and got the tickets hassle-free. Took the morning boat and returned the next morning. Stayed at Lingshan Island Haishang Starting Hotel, conveniently near the wharf. 🚤

From there, we bought affordable car tickets to explore, visited Tiger Mouth and the Tower, and the Shell Building was just a short walk from our hotel. The island is still developing, but it’s a peaceful escape from the city. You can pick shells by the seaside, watch fishing, or chill in cafes and restaurants.

Our hotel’s BBQ restaurant comes alive at night with music (the only lively sound in the quiet evenings 😂). Loved the fresh air, friendly people, and the relaxing vibe. 🌊
