A Breathtaking Journey Behind the Mysterious Veil of Gulong Gorge, Qingyuan

Location

Gulong Gorge is located in Sankengtan Village, Taihe Town, Qingxin District, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province. You can also navigate to Binjiang Valley, Qingxin District, Qingyuan City. It is 68 kilometers away from downtown Guangzhou, 16 kilometers from the "Qingyuan West" exit of the Xuguang Expressway, and 11 kilometers from the "Longjing" exit.

Transportation

- Public Transportation: You can take the high-speed train to Qingyuan Railway Station, then take a taxi to the scenic spot. Alternatively, you can take a special bus to Gulong Gorge from Qingyuan Mingdu Bus Station. There are passenger buses from all over the province to Qingyuan. Get off at Qingyuan North Station and take a taxi to the scenic spot.

- Self-driving: From Guangzhou, take the Xuguang Expressway and get off at the "Qingyuan West" or "Longjing" exit. Follow Provincial Road S114 for 3 kilometers to reach the scenic spot. From Foshan, Dongguan, and Zhongshan, it takes about 1.5 hours. From Shenzhen and Zhuhai, it takes about 2 hours.

Ticket prices vary depending on the project, starting from CNY 48 for group purchases. The Big Waterfall is CNY 48, the Glass Grand Canyon is CNY 98, the Canyon Flyer is CNY 88, the Cloud Sky Glass Bridge + Cliff Flyer is CNY 168, and the Cliff Flyer + Canyon Flyer is CNY 148. Children under 1.2 meters tall are free of charge, and discounts are available for military personnel.

Other Tips

- Visiting Time: Ticket exchange stops at 16:00. It is recommended to arrive before 10:00 to avoid peak crowds.

- What to Bring: Prepare waterproof bags, water shoes, goggles, a change of clothes, shower gel, shampoo, disposable towels, water ladles, etc. Women should take sun protection measures.

- Scenic Spot Regulations: Smoking, pets, and dangerous goods are strictly prohibited in the scenic spot. Large items need to be checked in. In addition, some projects have age and physical condition restrictions. Please check before visiting.
